We are the infinite in spirit, and we toil in life. We fly false flags and promote isolation, and our resolve in values will be undone by our lack of faith in each other. We are sincere and yet fallible. We embrace those who are loved (what about the unloved, and what does that say about us). In time, we will fade back into infinity. Only when we can surrender to this worldly death and spiritual awakening are we truly awake. Dreaming but never asleep, we awoke to appreciate this life. A glimpse of the beyond informed our dreams and awake to our lover’s ideal. It was love that inspired us ultimately. Grace crystallized our consciousness that our place was small but not insignificant. In the essence of love, it all matters.
And this bliss is painful.
